I sure believe that he and Michael need to put their heads together and figure out what is going so wrong. I always thought that the trouble started about 5 years ago when they moved the corporate headquarters to a fancy office complex just down the road from Michael's and Kevin's and the rest of the officer's houses in Austin. The wanted to avoid the famously bad traffic. The whole VP and above crew quit going to the factories and work complexes in Round Rock and instead summoned managers to come to them and present glowing reports instead of actually walking past the employees and observing for themselves. Dell has been coasting since that time. TP
