Just sell the apartments off to the tenants? Or hire someone to do it and split the proceeds? Sometimes strange things happen.

I have all these TIC types calling me, and I ask how do you get paid, they say oh the company pays me so much to market thier properties to accredited investors - so don't worry about us. I say they must be making good money, getting all these properties, wrapping them up in a nice brochure and then paying your outrageous commissions - who is paying for all that "service" - must be ME the TIC investor - he say oh no - it the tenants who paying the rent in a lot of these properties - and I say HUH? Janko = I like what you say - hehe I will ask the next one that calls how much should a guy that lipsticks a pig get paid - hehe.
