9-11 happened on Bush's watch after he ignored the 8-6 warning. Quit lying for Bush and tryuing to blame it on Clinton. Clinton was out of power for almost a year by then. Bush was the one who called off the FBI investigations on Saudis and disbanded the Al Qaida desk at the WH. CLinton tried and did some very good things, like stopping the LAX bombing. CLinton also tried many times to kill Osama Bin Lauden. Atta slipped through the cracks. But he was on US soil under Bush for 9 months before 9-11. And Bush was warned very clearly on 8-6. So he had 3.5 weeks to have the FBI shake down the country for potential hijackers. Instead he did nothing.
