Thanks for posting that.

I've never ceased to be amazed at how many things folks can
be so adamantly misinformed about. And yes I meant adamantly
misinformed. It seems that for some folks, once they've made
up their minds about something, there is simply nothing
that's going to change that POV. And without a lick of
evidence, they pigeonhole wide swaths of people into their
inflexible world view.

I've never been to a church service of any denomination that
even hinted this was not so. And I've been to my share of
them over the years.

So why do so many non-believers essentially paint all
Christians with a broad brush that this just isn't so?

Funny thing though. Many of these same people who are
adamantly convinced that Christians eschew scientific
discoveries about our origins happen to also fervently,
indeed religiously believe in many of the already thoroughly
discredited Vast Right Wing Conspiracies.

Go figure.
