Ed and Moreno thanks for the props. I guess now without monthly sales updates we will have 6 months to wait to see whether salaries or any other expense explodes. Without monthly sales updates if the last 2 years are any indication it will be mid February before we receive any indication of how sales or profits are going at Pyng.

That should provide a cooling off period for the negatives. I guess we could discuss NASCAR or Hockey. I an glad to the price up again over C$.80 so I can shake off the guilt of influencing its fall with my "crying negative post."

I am alittle surprise to hear some here put forth the idea that just because a company trades on the Venture exchange they are somehow exempt from showing integrity in their PRs and have no responsibility to keep the shareholders/owners informed. Maybe I am naive but I thought that any public company CEO should be deliberately truthful in his statements. I do not care about what other Venture exchange companies do as I do not follow other Venture exchange companies. But I do care about what Pyng's CEO says because I owe it and others that trust my judgement own it and expect me to provide complete information whether good or bad to them via this forum.

I am disappointed that Pyng will not be issuing monthly sales updates as I thought that this was part of the investor information plan that Pyng had oromised many times to institute even the last MD&A mentions it:

Investor Relations
Although we have had excellent news and financial performance starting with fiscal 2004, the stock price does not adequately reflect these improvements. We will focus our efforts to better articulate our successes and strive to increase shareholder value. We will to develop an Investor Relations plan that will include a more consistent communication of news, and increase relationship-building with the stockbroker and investor community. With the
expansion of distribution to an international basis for both civilian and military markets, we will report in an cohesive and consistent basis for better enhancement of the market place. As the market for the F.A.S.T.1 System expands we will be able to report these events in a timely manner.

I would have thought that part of this plan would have been to keep the shareholders updated on the sales ech month. But I guess you really can not tell anything from sales when the expenses are not known and can not be accurately estimated.

PS: LOR it may be time to restitute our purchase of the military purchasing report then we may can at least tell how many tens of units are being sold to the military each month. If you remember how I would be glad to buy the first one let me know I have lost the directions and password since I have moved 4 times at work since then.

Best Regards
Jack
