Yes, well, that is the question. Did the investigation and subsequent actions represent the company carrying out due diligence or not. The lawsuits are what are depressing price right now, and may do so until resolved. Note, however, that these class action suit wannabees primarily are based on the claim that there was an intentional mishandling by the company and even a cover up. I don't think the cover up claim will hold, since they could not reveal the situation with the CEO until the completion of the investigation. Whether the rest of their financial house in order may be the issue at hand, if they choose not to settle. What I think you will see is the company ask that all such suits be gathered into a single venue, and then ask for a dismissal at the hearings.
