CTTY had a good move today with no upgaps.<g>

It seems the stock is getting ready to get off its nearterm downtrend coming from its June 21 H of 22.58 although the upgap of that day was only partially closed.<g>

The revenues on the 1stQ were again much lower than in 2004 (94% less or $0.03M vs. $0.46M) but the loss was essentially unchanged and the company says it is planning on going ahead with is purchase of Loyalty Magic.

CTTY reportedly has around $2.25 in cash/shr and no significant LTD.

The stock needs to close above the resistance at the 14 level.

Today it was up a modest 36.2% <g>

From a longer perspective the chart remains "interesting".<g>
