Who knows? We have so many crooks in charge of Atlanta, it's hard to know who pushed what through, and I'm really not kidding. Only recently, they told Vernon Jones (our County crooked manager) he had to turn over the DeKalb County airport records..He's been keeping them secret for over six years now and collecting money for illegal over weight planes landing on the runway. He has doubled our taxes in four years..illegally, and he thumbs his nose at us.
