You must be referring to the movie "Witness." It was a pretty good movie. My favorite part was when Ford dumped the grain out of the silo onto the bad guy. I encountered quite a few Amish folks in Southeastern Ohio when I worked there in 1966-67. They had the best looking farms. They were friendly when I approached them. Hard working people. While I don't follow the rigid philosophy of the Amish, they certainly are fine citizens. Too bad more ethnic groups aren't as fine.
