Dick,

Stay the course. If they have a buyer for 5.8 million shares, it will support operations for a period of time. Dilution is an unfortunate by-product of this enormously extended period of development. The stock always has been a risk. About the best I look for is a break even, not counting the opportunity cost. My sights are set very low. How a development company has been able to keep in business for 15 years or more is a wonder, especially with nary a lick of profits coming in. There are, obviously, a bunch of investors willing to take the risk. For the emotional relief alone, I'd sell and move on. But I'll hold and suffer, boom or bust.
