I wrote to my mate in Dhaka: "Fatty, Here is quiet. It appears that things heated up there in Bangla." He wrote back: "Bombs galore mate. 400 or something went off simultaneously around the country. A couple not far from the project office J. Passport, ticket and USD are in my back pocket ready to do a runner to the airport. Fatty is no hero!
