eplay. What goes wrong when governments react. Governments put some PR measures to show the common people they are doing something, but assigns the right people to do the jobs. They should tell the troops that this is only PR, to allay fears and troops act accordingly. For the cameras and photographers. Those policemen, the usual guys you see by the thousands, are pseudo-jobs. Only people living in those countries believe they are the real thing My take is: There are -perhaps- some 150 real policemen in some special unit with the brains who have been trained and and are kept trained and prepared. Top commander They do psichological tests, monitor their life to see if they are not deviating due to booze grils friends, gambling. Below this there are a few other units which are second level. They are clever, trained but are one step below the real guys. Those are 800. Commander not so good bu still above average Below that there are the rest. Those thousands that we seeroaming around comnanded by the rest of commanders. Now what have happened, was that for PR government let loose everything they had. A;l three levels went out. Instead of taylor made orders according to the IQ, training level, etc. They issued a single set of orders. Those orders, which need judgement to be implemented, actually only those 150 would be able to carry them, were issued to the level 2 and the rest. What would be expected if not a fuck up? Now where were the 150 real policement? They were sent to protect the royals, top politicians, sensitive facilities... Meet a couple of cops. Either when they're after work or working. Talk to them for a while. Then come back here and tell us what you think about those types. Look a soldier in the army. You'd need to know if this is a guy who gets a good commander. Good traning, good equipment, is in top morale condition... But it can be is just a guy makig a living working for the government.
