Our friends here don't have good things to say about that town, but in other towns there is plenty. There are plenty of cheap properties here at under $100k. And only 150 miles from Manhattan or Boston.

I think a better idea than buying an owner occupied house in a bubble zone would be to buy a small apartment building, take the best apartment and rent out the rest. You'd get a much better deal from what I see?
