Criminalizing Speech, that sound so euphemistic. Is Criminalizing hatred rage speech less so?

One can argue it will not be applied fairly. Well then why can any law be applied fairly.

We trust the individuals responsible for application or we do not.

We can argue the nuance of physical and emotional elements.

" Murder in all its gradations is a crime. What does it matter what words are spoken in the course of the crime? Is the injury to the victim greater? "

Are not all the gradations of murder physical and emotional elements just like hate? There is a dead victim in all cases.

We trust the individuals responsible for application or we do not.
