Jeff, you're not going to define any debate. As I posted last night, you are "all hat, no cattle." As Byrne said, "an empty suit," and "smarmy innuendo" laced poster. You turn it around and say, "you are." ROFLMAO

I posted that I know very little about Overstock as an investment so I'm not going to be put in a position to defend him or his company. I posted that I'm glad he is in the picture as it will help to expose the issues, the issues that seem to upset you and the group of hedgie defenders and former guru posterior lickers.

As for your "challenge" as to who sold, I would guess that it is a combination of your claim, that it was formerly long institutions and shorts. The actual truth is often in between the 2 extreme views.

That's not my point of posting. I want to see answers to why transactions are faiing to settle, why companies stay on the Reg Sho list for months and why their is so much secrecy in the clearing process. I also want to see hedge funds regulated and relationships such as those alleged by Byrne exposed. If there is no issue, as you seem to suggest, then fine. Let's get the answers. What is it that YOU and your sycophants fear?
