EDIT Largely agree with you. There are some facts that everybody will have acknowledge as such to move forward.
1. All non contiguous Jewish settlements must be gived up in the WB.
2. All highly populated contiguous settlements (within the fence) will continue to be part of Israel going forward.
3. Jerusalem needs to be a dual capital even if a small enclave has to be carved out in East Jerusalem for this purpose.
4. I have seen different interpetations of what the WB will look like given 1-3. I am not sure whose maps are accurate. In general the West Bank needs to be contiguous territory as well.
5. Must be normalization between israel and palestine with little or no terror as well as with other arab nations and iran.
6. Without significant right of return some ackowledgement of the wrong committed against Pals living in whats now israel by both arabs and jews. We can extend that to all displaced persons in the area including WB arabs, De-settled Jews and Jews forced to emigrate by other arab nations.

6 would be a nice way to end it, but only 1-5 are essential.
