With john advocating doing nothing before or after 9/11, I imagine he wouldn't advocate anything until someone interrupts his retirement check and golf. Typical "I got mine" mentality....

Steve, a great illustration of the "nuances" that liberals believe in. Maybe they should enroll themselves or their children in the all-volunteer police academy, since they believe in "doing something" against the war on crime. Do you understand what BS the above is? Never once has any liberal or JF said not to do anything but rather what liberals [and JF] were saying is that the solution is not to invade Iraq. And now you know that but you don't know what to do anything about it. Certainly, admitting you were wrong is out of the question so you are clinging to the current status quo as much as possible making flimsy excuses like the one above to justify your position. The sooner you all get off that position, the sooner we can get through the current mess and then do the right thing to minimize terrorism in the world. ted
