Chuck, The IPO registration is right here: sec.gov This IPO raised funds to acquire Anker coal, and the ticker changed in the process. I understand there is a separate IPO being planned for ICO. Tommaso earlier posted the link for some info on the ICO IPO: ddo.typepad.com I could be wrong, but I did read that Ross wants to take this company to the main indexes. I used the proforma number of shares OS here: sec.gov then valued the reserves using comps. I could have made a mistake. Please do your own DD. This is Wilbur Ross and I don't perceive a great deal of downside. David
