You think that heads are not being chopped off and busloads of school children are not being blown off in Iraq today? It has started to occur with the presence of US troops. You think all this happened when Saddam was in power? You think people did not get water and electricity in their homes when Saddam was in power? You think things will not improve after the US military leaves? It surely will since all the Arab countries will chip in their oil wealth in rebuilding Iraq. Why should they chip in now with the US presence in Iraq? US did not care for their opinion before marching into Iraq. So why should they care for the US now.
