The blame game is tricky and frankly not worth it. For example:

Cindy blames Bush and accuses him of murdering her son. Well, of course no one thinks Bush directly pulled the trigger but we all know where the buck stops.

Personally, I blame the worm, that spun the silk, that was woven into thread, that was manufactured by slave labor in south east asia into cloth, that was sold to the garment industry to produce a purple shirt, that was shipped to California and put on a retail shelf, and purchased by Cindy, who sent her son to school wearing it, in the fifth grade and was teased by other children for being a sissy, so he started doing only macho stuff, and wearing macho cloths, planning eventually to join the military and prove his manhood to the world, which he has.

Damn worms.

(Disclaimer: This is of course a fictional account and no disrespect is meant to the noble sacrifice Casey has made for his country and the cause of Freedom in the world)
