It works well either way, up or down, and a lot depends on what time frame you use, from maybe a 30 second plot on an active trading stock during the day or a 5 day on a static basis. I use it in my custom scan on the G-5 and it is a pretty decent leading indicator most of the time. I still feel chart reading is more are than science. The human factor.
