What date will the secondary offering take place? They didn't say that anywhere in the press release. Do you think its a coincidence that they announced the largest secondary in the history of wall street, exactly 1 day before options expiration where they knew the MM would keep the stock stable no matter what, at least for a couple of days? (not to mention that anyone who wants to get a 15% cap gains tax rate that purchased in the IPO cannot sell until monday, otherwise they will be paying 40% on their Google gains)
