Cool. They just need to have covers on these things for bad weather and a cup holder for the Starbux beverage. I was actually thinking of those little metal scooters (as opposed to the Vespa thingys) that you push. Healthcare AND national security at the same time. I also think it would be nice if they made small Segways. Little ones that would carry all your stuff for you and follow you around like a little dog. I think people would walk more if something would carry their stuff.
