But you appear to be against him/her? It seems a bit odd, so I am naturally curious. You have posted your presumptions as if they are fact. True or not I consider it an easy thing for you to remedy. Go to the Souix Nation and post your political views. If after that you still find my attitude odd, we would at least have a common experience in which to reference MY attitude. If you don't want to gain that experience then we may as well argue about how odd my attitudes toward rodents in my house is. I could tell you what that attitude is but without knowing much else about such a relationship your presumptions about my attitudes would not carry much meaning. Especially when you make presumptions that don't quite fit the circumstance. It helps to know if they are pests, pets, food, bait, whether I like them, hate them, train them, consider them ornamental, struggle with them in some way etc. etc. etc. Even more, it would be of tremendous benefit to such a discussion if you actually had some experience with my rodents prior to judging my attitude about them."If your views of God are rational then the views of those believing in other Gods are irrational. how presumptuous of you."So tell me why it is irrational to believe that Jesus is Allah?? Or tell me that Jesus IS Allah if that is your rational interpretation?" The commonly agreed upon view of Jesus is that he is God's witness and a deliverer of God's message. To the extent that his life and way of life were an example or model for all men then you may view in him the divine perfection of man's vicegerency of God. If your view of God is the unlimited, all powerful, and all knowing, alpha and omega of existence who defies the limiting descriptors of temporal creation, then you would be referencing something other than the flesh and blood man who was born, ate, prayed (to God), had needs, and died. If you are thinking more in terms of the eternal soul and spirit of Jesus (holy ghost) and how that passes to and through all of us and makes a connection with the unlimited and eternal then you might be thinking of Jesus in a different perspective. If you were thinking of Jesus as a perfect master of his humanity, and this spirit being available universally then you might be taking a different perspective. As would it be a differing perspective if you were thinking of him as less than that. That is all of this how I would rationally view the matter and how I infact think about it. I await your adulterations with scripture and your attributions to what I believe, ... that we have all come to appreciate. I would also ecourage you to reveiw the thread header prior to pushing this topic much further on this thread.
