Big Time..in fact in a Globalist democratic society, the Haiitians of the world will simply vote for representatives that will impose say a 90% income tax on anybody making over $9,000 a year (a wealthy level in poor countries) for redistribution. Redistribution of the incomes of 250 million Americans to 6 billion lazy asses.
