Only way that works is for ALL the states to not allow punitive damages, otherwise the attorneys just move the case to another state. I remember years ago there was a district, I believe in Missouri that was famous for handing out LAVISH rewards, the attorneys jumped through hoops to get the Nexus in that district. Remember Kenneth, I served as an EXPERT witness, I am well aware of attorney HIJINKS. I became so disgusted I retired at age 47 from what most would consider a really nice career. jdn
