Bush didn't receive those votes The religious right with whom bush campaigned with received those votes by the majority of gullible and niave Americans who are more loyal to their beliefs than what is right or wrong These are the people that put their loyalty, their faith , and their religion in front of common sense. Back in the 1600's, this same majority would flank the banks of the river and chant you were proven a witch if you swam to the surface. See the connection yet?
