Troubles in Bosnia are going on under Bush's watch. In fact, all of our major problems have started and transpired on Bush's watch including 9-11 which Bush should be held responsible for now that we know how he ignored terrorism and coddled the Saudis. Clinton waged one war in Serbia and not a single US soldier was killed. Compare to Bush's godawful mess in Iraq. It's all about planning, diplomacy and not having secret greedy agendfas like the Bushies have. Enjoying filling your tank these days? A dollar for every gallon is going straight to the gougers in Texas and Saudi Arabia.
