It's not lying when you create a law to take something from the haves and give it to the havenots and I use that same law to take ted's degrees away from him and give it to me and you disagree just because your original law sounds good but fails in application.

It's exposes why socialism has failed everywhere it has been tried.

No straw man there, just using your own example to demonstrate how a nuance can be used to bite a liberal in the butt...

It's a total straw man. And when you use someone's nuance to mean something that it obviously doesn't mean, it really is a form of lying.
