I'm not suggesting W.F.O. anything goes, only a slight change

For environmental reasons, in the mid 1970's production of 2 cycle engines for street use was limited to a 50cc limit.

Any larger motorcycle or motorcycle engine here in the US must be a four cycle - despite the fact a 2 cycle(With a ROTARY VALVE) would get at least TWICE - perhaps even 3X the MPG the MPG!!

While the current 50cc limit might be a large enough engine for congested areas on the east or west coasts - near a college area - these small scooters are not safe on our roads of the wide open west. We need not, though, the most massive engines to be the more MPG efficient two-cycle perhaps only 4-5X the current size limit.

suggested revisions to the current two-cycle engine restrictions for street use:

1. All engines greater than 50 cc must have CDI electronic ignition.
2. All greater than 50cc must have oil injection.
3. All greater than 50 cc must have a rotary valve configuration.
please review following link to history which worked:

4. The limit will be increased to 200cc from 50cc.
