lol ... I am waiting with you for that response. I can give you answers as to why I think it is a good thing that we are in Iraq, but your question had more to do with asking for an authoritative justification that the Bush Administration has put forward. I have been asking for that kind of authoritative statement since the Cindy Sheehan vigil began.
