EOC is Chilean. Which markets segments he pointed out in Brazil?

Shades Re: "EOC" Hoenig has been recommending these foreign utility ADR's for over two years and doubled up on them about a year ago and that was a really good call as many have more than doubled in price.

Don't think he was exactly "banging the table" over EOC or any other stock for that matter. He has been pretty tentative lately and says he has been buying more physical gold. He think a big smash up is coming. It could be that he would like some help getting out of some of these positions as they are fairly thinly traded. But maybe not. I lightened up on the foreign utilities back in the spring though I still have several.

Don't think I would buy any now, especially Latin America. Just look at EWZ, ILF, CH.
