Orca > I guess Bush and Cheney were right after all in opposing it to begin with.

Three wrongs don't make a right!

Even though the outcome was a foregone conclusion, the findings of the "bipartisan" Commission have justified the War against Terrorism and the decisions Bush and Cheney have made in relation to that. These include the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq. Thus in a round-about way the Commission, which represents both political parties and therefore is a proxy for the Congress, has approved not only the various wars but the way the Administration dealt with US security prior to the 9/11 "attack".

Clearly, the 9/11 Commission was far more of a rubber stamp of approval for the Bush Administration than a serious inquiry into the various facets of 9/11. In fact, the collapse of WTC7, clearly as result of controlled demolition, was not even mentioned.
