It is not likely that the Waco Whacko, Janet Reno, could have justified killing people like Sheehan and her lunatic fringe groupies. That would make her as low as the Chinese were in reference to Tienamen Square. Waco and Elian were tailor made for abuse of power. This is just a gathering of sideshow freaks.
