Let me put in simple terms. If you give me $200-300 billion I could have solved the problems in Iraq <middle east> very simply and totally bloodless.

Pay close attention to the comment regarding the shoe size and the bucket size. This will eventually get through to you, though it may take another four years and another 2,000 caskets, but eventually you'll get it.
