Now I need to figure out how to move that land out to your state! You could make a few bucks doing that, even in Canadian dollars it wouldn't be shabby. Our area isn't typical MD. For some unexplainable reason, our area became hot and it just feeds on itself. Buildable lots are so rare now, builders are buying up older homes and bulldozing them down. Back in March, there was a house built in the 50s on a one acre lot that sold at $400K. It went back on the market and just sold last month at $450K. It's being bulldozed down. jttmab
