NWA invested $100,000 over the past 6 months contracting and training replacements. If you talk to the strikers, many of them never expect to ever go back to work.

One of the few things I recall about labor law is the rule that economic strikers (as opposed to unfair labor practice strikers) can be replaced.

They strike at their own risk.
