Exactly.

It is true that the user would have had access to a bunch of other songs during the period, so perhaps that's worth the extra 20 bucks.

I think it is fair to say that the vast majority of people would pay the $20 for two years of access to all of that music. It is worth that much just to be able to preview the entire song instead of just 30 seconds before you buy.

Of course, if you dont buy 25 CD's a year, the numbers change. A person who buys more would actually save money versus iTMS while a person who only buys a CD or two a year would be spending considerably more.
