Who the hell do you think was pushing Powell and Tenet to say what they were saying? You can't be this naive. They were 2 of the top 4 or maybe 5 people who gave president advice. It is their job. They did not do a particularly good job, if you asked me. Of the top 5, these 2 are gone. Surprise! LOL. You are rewriting history. They were the two people trying to tell Bush that his accusations against Saddam were false. They were weeded out because they would not fall in line with the neocon ideology.
