The American voter is a lot smarter than you liberal elitists give them credit for. There is a reason your voice IS the minority, and it isn't because we "don't get it". The American voter may be smarter than I think but like you, s/he is not nearly informed enough. If s/he were, Bush would be renegotiating Kyoto so its more favorable to the US. Bush would have been promoting an energy bill that reduces are dependence on oil by encouraging conservation. There is a whole slew of things that would be different if you and the rest of American voters understood better what was happening. Bush would never have gotten to Iraq if you have been better informed.
