As you stated current data for 2005 but 2004 and 2003 are not questionable in my mind and the declining sales pattern starts there. When 2005 is done the report will be a good indication year over year of the direction of sales. One thing is for sure. This report is not questionable and any updates that are lacking will be directly related back to the military updating their records. Even the month over month numbers should be good since I do not see someone updating the current month without completing the previous but ear end is always a for sure.

Here is a reason for the conspiracy theorists out there.
The military is under reporting the purchase of FAST1s because 20/20 might draw a correlation between the use and casualties.
