Can we "accidently" send them money? and then charge penalty and interest for the time they have it? Pretty good return on a CD...no?

Michael, it's OK to laugh. Or, at least you could say it's laughable. Frustrating when you have to deal with those maroons!

When one of my daughters & son-in-law moved to Colorado in April '03 from Missouri (both with state income taxes). Colorado made them PROVE they were not living in Colorado in '02 subject to a compounding fine with interest until they did!
