I don't see Bernie listed as a Major Holder finance.yahoo.com or on the Insider Roster finance.yahoo.com but I see a Mr. Kenneth M. Schwartz , 53 is Chief Exec. Officer, Pres, Director and Member of Nominating & Corp. Governance Committee. He got $ 960K in pay and exercised $ 8.37M in options. Who's Kenneth Schwartz? Bernie's boy? If it was a wholly owned company by BLS, why didn't Bernie keep any shares in the IPO? Did he completely cash out?
