Been also thinking many McMansions and larger single family in bubble markets will be turned into sort of a commune. More roomates and families sharing sort of like what many Mexicans today or European immigrants in NYC did a hundred years ago. Only they'll have it much better living it up in a 3k home as oppossed to a 1000 sf shack in LA or 400 sf apartment in NYC.
