Despite working that way on the old SI (I think), that surprises me a bit. If the messages are going to show up anywhere ... with the Ignore toggle on ... that's where I'd expect them.

The pages to delete the "Ignored message" from ... are readmsgs.aspx and readreplies.aspx pages IMO.
