Ted, Is that true? Have you seen statistics that support that position?

I've read articles in the OC Register. Can't remember exact details or provide links, but that's what I remember. It seemed most of the job growth in the OC, at least last year, was kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy or Ponzi scheme, for lack of a better description.

Maybe this year it's a little better. Apartment vacancy rates are still extremely low, even as rents continue to climb with housing prices. Obviously people are still moving here and finding work. Jobless rate here, IIRC, is 3.9%.
