What we need to remember, is that much of the Arab world were Soviet Client States. Because of this, a couple generations of Arabs have been told on a regular basis that the United States is Imperialistic and Racist. Most of the "journalists" in the Arab World were taught from primary education thru college of the evil Imperialistic designs of the zionists and their American (puppets/masters). Well said. Remember the publicity surrounding the Aswan dam. Of course Egypt did kick all the Soviet advisors out after the dam was completed and paid for by them.
