Despite initial popularity, the U.S. Marine Corps Dragon Eye UAV has been a victim of its own success. The marines found the tiny (5-6 pound) UAV invaluable in combat.

Then there were the special batteries the UAV used, which were also hard to replace.

That is my all-time pet peeve.

In the Army it seems absolutely nothing uses the same battery.
Everything needs its own special battery design.

The worst of it is whenever you order something that is battery operated the battery doesn't ship with the item.

I have only seen one exception to that. It was a special strobe light used for night emergency operations.
