Now here is another "Mission Accomplished" from Bush when in a speech in Salt Lake City yesterday he said that the Iraqis have finished their Constitution.

BAGHDAD -- Iraqi legislators on Monday again failed to agree on a new constitution, and hopes faded that it will be possible to achieve a national consensus around the crucial document that will shape Iraq's future.
