Most fair-minded people would agree that the "mainstream media" has backed itself into a corner and is not writing much investigative or challenging journalism of any kind. Do you remember the late sixties and early seventies in America? The media actually took on the government when it was corrupt. The media today has its collective tail between its legs for the most part.

Strange that you should say that the anti-war protestors are just an anti-Bush movement. A majority of Americans now believes the war in Iraq was a bad idea, and is not going well. So would you then conclude that most of the American public is really just anti-Bush? What logic exactly are you using in this argument?

Cindy Sheehan is a private citizen who is far from perfect. She simply happens to be the figure that has finally galvanized and united a pretty disjointed anti-war effort.

What are your feelings on the war in Iraq? Will you support it just because there is now a fledgling anti-war movement? Just out of spite? Do you think the war was well planned and well executed? Do you think that a conservative Islamic state is a good outcome for the billions of dollars and all the young American lives that have been spent there? Or are you asserting that the war is good because of your perceived belief that the mainstream media is out to get Bush?
